1. Amazon Has Final Authority

We acknowledge that Amazon, TikTok Shop, Walmart, eBay, and other marketplaces hold final decision-making authority over all account and product reinstatements. Marketplaces may choose to permanently ban or delay account reinstatement if they perceive business operations as a risk to their platform or customer safety.

2. Case Assessment Process

All cases begin with a non-refundable $99 assessment consultation where our team reviews your situation in detail.

Step 2: Professional Evaluation

3. Multiple Appeal Attempts

4. When the Guarantee Applies

5. When the Guarantee Does NOT Apply

The Money-Back Guarantee is void and no refund will be provided if:

Your account becomes reactivated or restriction is removed for any reason after payment - Once your account is opened or product is reinstated, the guarantee no longer applies, even if it is later suspended again

You submit your own appeal or communication while we are actively working on your case - If your account gets opened as a result of your own actions or submissions, no refund is offered

You provided incomplete, inaccurate, or misleading information about your products, business operations, or violation history

You failed to follow our instructions or guidance - Any deviation from our specific directions voids the guarantee

The marketplace rejection was due to factors outside our control, including:

Marketplace policy changes that occurred after we accepted your case

Regional or category restrictions that cannot be appealed

Permanent account-level bans or deactivations

Brand restrictions or intellectual property disputes requiring legal intervention

Product category bans or regulatory prohibitions

Linked account issues or multiple account violations

Verification failures unrelated to our appeal efforts

Amazon or the marketplace never responded to properly submitted appeals despite our repeated attempts

You abandoned the appeal process before we completed our efforts or did not respond to our requests for information

Third-party factors prevented reinstatement, such as:

Supplier or manufacturer changes that affect product compliance

New regulatory requirements that make your product non-compliant

Inability to obtain required documentation from suppliers

Changes to your business structure or ownership during the appeal process

Change of mind or dissatisfaction with our process - Our methods have been extensively tested with over 2,100+ products successfully reinstated. Due to the nature of our work, certain situations prevent us from providing refunds for changes of mind

Future supplier invoices requested by Amazon - If Amazon requires a verifiable supplier invoice and you cannot provide one, the guarantee may not apply depending on the specifics of your case assessment

6. Refund Process and Administrative Costs

If you are eligible for a refund under this guarantee:

7. Preference to Continue Working

This Money-Back Guarantee applies ONLY to our Appeals services. The following services are NOT covered:

Niche Expander Product Development - Product sourcing, formulation, compliance consulting, and launch strategy services are non-refundable once work commences
